Important details before you inquire ♡

✦ A little note before you order ✦

Before we get this cake party started! 🎂

Thank you for supporting my little cake hobby! Sprinkle Me Silly isn't a full-time bakery. I'm a hobby baker who takes on a limited number of custom projects when my schedule allows. Please read these important details before sending your inquiry. 💕

📅 Requests & availability

Submitting this form does not book or reserve your date. I'll personally review your request and aim to reply within 2 business days to confirm availability.

💰 Payments

Payment is due when you receive your invoice. Your order isn't confirmed until I've approved your date and received the required payment. Unpaid invoices don't reserve a date.

💗 If you need to cancel

Payments for customer cancellations are nonrefundable. Instead, the amount you've paid will be credited to your Sprinkle Me Silly account for a future order, subject to availability. Credits expire 1 year from the date they're issued.

🌧️ If I have to cancel

Illness, emergencies, or severe weather can happen. If I'm unable to fulfill your order, you'll be offered a full refund or a credit valid for 1 year. I'll let you know as soon as possible.

🥜 Food allergies

My home kitchen is not allergen-free. Products may contain or come into contact with milk, eggs, peanuts, tree nuts, soy, and wheat. Tell me about any allergies before ordering; I can't guarantee allergen-free treats.

🎨 Handmade cake designs

Every cake is handmade and uniquely created. While I'll do my best to bring your inspiration to life, slight variations in colors, decorations, and overall design are normal. That's part of what makes each creation special! 💕

🍰 Have a favorite design? Each photo in my cake and treat galleries has a number (like PC025 or CP012). Add that reference to your inquiry wherever you can include design details, or share the number when you message me!

Thanks for understanding and trusting me with your celebration! Love, Heather ♡
