Custom cakes require special care, so please follow these precautions to ensure your order remains in perfect condition:
Transporting Your Cake:
Cakes are made with ingredients that can melt in heat—never leave them in direct sunlight or inside a vehicle for an extended period.
Plan ahead to secure a flat, stable surface for transport. A towel or blanket in the front seat can help level the area.
DO NOT allow cakes to slant. All transportation requirements (levels, straps, etc.) are your responsibility.
Cakes should be transported in a cool, flat area with plenty of space.
Drive carefully:

Watch for bumps and potholes
Take turns slowly

Avoid running errands while transporting your cake—go straight to your destination to prevent damage.
